Quésia has an extensive knowledge of the São Francisco River Transposition Work in Brazil, northern axis, as she was one of the engineers who carried out part of the construction and who also provided consultancy. Even working in other companies, she always coordinated, supervised, and monitored the Transposition and Earthworks of BR 101 in Alagoas.

✔ Ability to form partnerships involving new businesses and consortia to acquire new contracts for the company.

✔ She acted as an expert in pathologies and constructive and structural damage to support the judgment of the cause.

✔ Ability to multitask. Coordinating both the analysis of the executed projects and looking to improve and reduce costs and execution time, resulting in greater profit for the company. She also supervises, monitors, and coordinates the constructions in the field.

✔ She has participated in a highly complex Engineering Project and Construction Consultancy, referring to a section of the Transmission Line (TL), relating to the Parecis-Maggi (106 Km), Maggi-Juba (232 Km) and Juína-Maggi section (209 Km) totaling a stretch of 547 Km.

✔ She worked in the Brazilian Army in the Department of Military Constructions as a Civil Engineer for almost 4 years. She prepared the drainage project, using the BIM technique, with Civil 3D software for the preparation of the basic design of the barracks, hospitals, schools and functional residences of the Brazilian Army, North Area of Military Village of Deodoro in Rio de Janeiro and delivering it before the deadline. And she participated in the elaboration of the Terms of Reference for the Quality of Construction of the Brazilian Army.

Mari graduated with a degree in architecture in Brazil. Since her arrival in Miami in 2010, Mari has advanced her career in the corporate world, obtaining a CAM (property management) and Realtor License.  Mari has lived through a complete market cycle and understand the local real estate market to help potential investors. Mari is passionate about serving customers known for being a change agent, a problem solver, an effective communicator, and a relationship builder.

Dante Vargas is at the helm of our Architectural Visualization team, bringing extensive global experience and a strong business background to Widestar, where he streamlines project flow for optimum output across the client service team globally. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the broader worlds of architecture, advertising, and illustration to the dynamic Miami team.

As a young designer in the luxury residential sector, he worked on multiple award-winning projects and later built his skill set by forming his own studio, Arquipixels, in 2010. This led to a variety of international jobs and close collaborations with highly sought-after architects and developers. With an eye for detail and a passion for innovation and narrative, Dante marries realism with a lyrical quality that speaks to the heart of the viewer and creates a bond with the projects he portrays. 

His deep knowledge of design, styling, and aesthetic trends allow for him to dive deep into each project Widestar works on to keep constantly coming up with unique outcomes. Having worked on landmark major projects internationally has given Dante insights into diverse solutions to marketing new developments. Calm under pressure and able to find considered solutions, Dante makes sure that the wheels of production and client service turn smoothly—as well as on time and on budget.

For Dante, every architectural image or film tells a story about what it’s like to dwell in that unique space, so he works with clients to open up new creative and technological possibilities, and develops solutions that distinguish projects in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
